HOW DOES IT WORK?
Relax will organise an initial consultation and property inspection, and discuss the needs and requirements of the property with the owner.
 
Relax will then present a proposal outlining all of the needs and requirementsof the property, along with any additional services  required. This proposal will also outline the terms and conditions of our company, including an agreed dollar value paid to Relax to be held for emergency repairs where the nature of the emergency prevent our normal procedures. After the proposal is agreed to by both parties, there will be a written agrrement to be signed by both parties, including a start date.
On signing of the agreement the monthly fee is to be paid in advance for the first three months. All fees are payable quarterly in advance.2
