Management Package (Starting from US$300 per month)

Training (initial and on-going) of existing villa staff
Development and application of duties check-lists for staff
Report emerging maintenance (emergency repairs and/or improvements) to all fixtures, electrical appliances, etc. • Discuss with villa owner and decide appropriate course of action

Holiday Rental Package (Commission Based)
Assist you in ensuring your are legally in a position to earn rental monies from your property.
Take full responsibility for marketing and promoting your villa, including featuring the property on Relax’s website, conduct inspections for local wholesalers, formulate the rate card and guest service standards for the property, building the villa’s reputation with said wholesalers, with a view to becoming one of their preferred properties, with representation on their website, “featured properties” etc. Formulation of promotions, if required, from time to time.
Arrange for professional photos of your property, and publish to our website, and to the villa’s existing website, and ensuring information is kept current.
Provide reservation enquiry quotations and availability requests to contracted wholesalers and direct guests.
