Relax does not accept commission from any supplier on for the procurement of products and services on behalf of our clients. Our remuneration is by set fee, thereby ensuring that we will negotiate with suppliers on your behalf to ensure the best quality outcome for the best price. You are assured of this by the fact that it is not in our interests to “add a little extra” to any quote or invoice to line our pockets to enhance our income.

Our systems and procedures allow routine payment of bills (e.g., electricity, staff salaries, etc.) from clients' accounts. We recommend an additional "slush fund" to allow for emergency repairs. All other works will be quoted, communicated, agreed and paid by the client prior to commencement of work.

If you choose to engage Relax to market as well as manage your property, we are recompensed via a percentage of rental income earned. No guests - no rental income for Relax! We are rewarded only when you earn a return on your investment too.
